Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Coca-Cola Bangladesh is looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Territory Sales Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, building strong distributor and retail relationships, and ensuring brand visibility and availability in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for your assigned territory

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts

Execute market activation plans, promotions, and merchandising activities

Monitor competitor activities and report market trends

Ensure proper execution of sales strategies and trade marketing initiatives

Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (fresh graduates may apply)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
