Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets through efficient territory management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.

Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.

Implement and monitor trade promotions and marketing activities.

Collect and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities.

Supervise and guide sales representatives in the assigned territory.

Maintain proper documentation and submit sales reports on time.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline (MBA preferred).

1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales is preferable (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel extensively and work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
