 Territory Sales Officer



Kazi Farms Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and managing distributor relationships, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory. The role requires field visits, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving business growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or agri-based product sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.

  • Develop and manage distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display in retail outlets.

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Collect orders, manage credit limits, and ensure timely collections.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Organize promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities as needed.

  • Educate retailers and distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness.

  • Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered.

  • Proven track record in territory sales or field sales is a plus.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player.

  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
