Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive product sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed territory sales targets by maximizing the sales potential of existing customers and identifying new opportunities.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns within the territory to boost product awareness and drive sales growth.
- Data Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all ACI PLC products, ensuring that you can present product benefits, features, and pricing effectively to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Ensure efficient stock management within the assigned region, coordinating with distributors and retailers to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as local and industry regulations in sales processes.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the [industry], with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
