Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Job Summary:
As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO), you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring effective distribution of Robi’s products and services within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in market development, retail expansion, and ensuring exceptional channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales and distribution targets.

Manage and expand the retail footprint by onboarding new retailers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and point-of-sale branding in retail outlets.

Monitor distributor operations to ensure proper stock management and timely delivery.

Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and customer preferences.

Generate and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.

Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) or distribution agents in the territory.

Act as the liaison between Robi regional offices and channel partners.

Ensure compliance with Robi’s policies and maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (MBA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or telecom.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with territory management, distribution systems, and retail operations.

Proficient in MS Office and able to analyze sales data effectively.

Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
