Job Summary:

As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO), you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring effective distribution of Robi’s products and services within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in market development, retail expansion, and ensuring exceptional channel performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales and distribution targets.

  • Manage and expand the retail footprint by onboarding new retailers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.

  • Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and point-of-sale branding in retail outlets.

  • Monitor distributor operations to ensure proper stock management and timely delivery.

  • Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities and customer preferences.

  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.

  • Lead and coach a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) or distribution agents in the territory.

  • Act as the liaison between Robi regional offices and channel partners.

  • Ensure compliance with Robi’s policies and maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (MBA preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or telecom.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with territory management, distribution systems, and retail operations.

  • Proficient in MS Office and able to analyze sales data effectively.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
