Territory Sales Officer
Olympic Industries Limited, one of the leading FMCG companies in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO). The TSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Maintain and grow product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.

Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely order placement and delivery.

Implement promotional activities and merchandising plans as per the company’s guidelines.

Provide timely market feedback, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

Ensure proper route coverage and retail execution through the sales team.

Prepare and submit sales reports and market intelligence to the Area Sales Manager.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and code of conduct.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong motivation and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
