 Territory Sales Officer



Olympic Industries Limited, one of the leading FMCG companies in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO). The TSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor operations, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Maintain and grow product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.

  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely order placement and delivery.

  • Implement promotional activities and merchandising plans as per the company’s guidelines.

  • Provide timely market feedback, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

  • Ensure proper route coverage and retail execution through the sales team.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and market intelligence to the Area Sales Manager.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and code of conduct.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field preferred.

  • Fresh graduates with strong motivation and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
