Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM)


Requirements

Education
  • SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Honors, Masters
    Experience
    • 2 to 5 years
    Additional Requirements
      • *For TSM:* Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in FMCG sales.

      • *For ASM:* Minimum *4–5 years* of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

      • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

      • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

      • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

      • Willingness to travel frequently.

      Job Responsibilities:*

      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

      • Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory.

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.

      • Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.

      • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

      • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.

      • Submit regular sales reports to higher management.

      Compensation & Other Benefits

        • *TSM 15000-22000

        • *ASM 25000-35000

        • Competitive salary based on experience.
