- SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
*For TSM:* Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in FMCG sales.
*For ASM:* Minimum *4–5 years* of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Responsibilities:*
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
Submit regular sales reports to higher management.

*ASM 25000-35000
