Territory Sales Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the existing customer base.

Monitor and ensure effective distribution and product visibility at retail points.

Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise and guide the sales representatives in the territory.

Collect market intelligence on competitors’ activities and report accordingly.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Conduct promotional activities and campaigns as per marketing plans.

Maintain proper documentation and inventory control at distribution points.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales; experience in food products is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
