Territory Sales Officer
Job Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Ensure product availability and visibility at all retail and wholesale outlets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor and report on competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

Supervise and support the distributor sales team to improve performance.
-
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Coordinate with the head office regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and promotional activities.
Educational Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

A Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
-
1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or relevant field.

Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:

Age 22 to 32 years

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Good knowledge of MS Office applications
