 Territory Sales Officer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Ensure product availability and visibility at all retail and wholesale outlets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and report on competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

  • Supervise and support the distributor sales team to improve performance.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate with the head office regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and promotional activities.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

  • A Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.


Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or relevant field.

  • Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.


Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 32 years

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
