Experience
- 5 to 7 years

Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable

Responsibilities & Context
Develop and execute aggressive, result-driven sales plans for the assigned territory in alignment with the division’s overall strategic objectives.
Continuously monitor sales performance against targets, ensuring each team member contributes effectively to achieving territory goals.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market reach.
Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored product solutions.
Assist in the effective rollout of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives outlined in regional and national strategies.
Engage actively in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on product innovations, market trends, and best sales practices.
Foster a customer-centric approach by building professional and trustworthy relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s electrical and electronic product portfolio to ensure accurate, timely, and effective client communication.
