Education
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Hon’s/Masters in any discipline from UGC approved Universities (Preferred in Marketing or Business Discipline).

- Age 26 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context
Develop and execute aggressive, goal-driven sales strategies for the assigned region, aligned with overall business objectives and tailored to the dairy sector.
Lead and monitor the performance of regional sales teams, ensuring all members consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and overall team sales targets.
Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening the company’s presence across the territory.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and channel partners by understanding their business needs and recommending suitable dairy product solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure the smooth execution of regional sales initiatives and product rollouts.
Participate actively in ongoing training, market visits, and strategic planning sessions to stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations.
Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, team collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all FMCG Industries, Powder Milk and UHT Milk product lines, enabling the delivery of accurate, persuasive, and timely information to clients and stakeholders.
Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitor movements; analyze and report findings with strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during client meetings, distributor engagements, trade shows, and other industry events to strengthen brand positioning.
