Territory Sales Officer
ACI Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our Sales & Marketing team. The TSO will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned territory, ensuring product availability, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and objectives for assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products to distributors and retailers.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.

Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility and product availability.

Ensure proper implementation of trade promotions and marketing campaigns.

Prepare and submit sales reports on time.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.

Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
