Territory Sales Officer (TSO)


TK Group of Industries is seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The TSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors, and expanding market reach within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.

  • Identify and recruit new distributors and expand distribution network.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report to the management.

  • Execute trade marketing activities to enhance product visibility and market share.

  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase brand penetration and growth.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline as per company policy.

  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels, sales activities, and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG / industrial products sales (fresh graduates with strong passion for sales may also be considered).

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • High energy level, target-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
