Job Summary
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and ensuring excellent brand visibility in your assigned territory. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Execute sales and marketing strategies at the ground level to drive brand growth.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Ensure availability and visibility of Hemas brands in all assigned outlets.

Coordinate with distributors for inventory management, order processing, and timely deliveries.

Conduct regular field visits to ensure excellent in-store execution and compliance with promotional activities.

Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Submit timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
