Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations within an assigned territory, ensuring product availability, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective coverage, merchandising, and visibility.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop strategic sales plans.

• Execute promotional activities and ensure effective implementation at the field level.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and market feedback.

• Report regularly on sales performance and suggest actionable insights for improvement.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
