Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Navana Group is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Officer to support our continued growth in sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within an assigned territory, achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Identify and develop new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients in the territory.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure timely collection of payments and minimize credit risk.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and promote products.

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.

Organize and participate in promotional activities, product displays, and dealer meetings.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in sales (FMCG, Automotive, Electronics, or similar industries preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
-
Possession of a valid driving license is a plus.
