Territory Sales Manager

Position Summary:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned territory by managing distributors, retail partners, and field sales operations. You will play a key role in executing sales strategies, ensuring market execution excellence, and achieving volume and value targets aligned with Nestlé's standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory

Manage and develop a high-performing distributor and retail network

Implement Nestlé’s sales and marketing activities at the field level

Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities

Ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness across all channels

Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team to deliver performance targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to support sales execution

Ensure compliance with Nestlé’s quality, safety, and ethical standards
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales (experience in territory/area sales management preferred)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Good knowledge of the local market and customer behavior

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
