Territory Sales Officer
Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), one of the leading and fastest-growing conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our dynamic sales team. The TSO will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the assigned territory, developing strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective distribution and retail strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.

Monitor and ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.

Implement sales strategies to increase market share and brand presence.

Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors/retailers.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.

Conduct regular market visits and route audits to ensure market compliance.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in FMCG or similar industry preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Sound knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
