Territory Sales Officer
Singer Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to oversee and expand our market presence within a defined geographic territory. The TSO will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor relationships, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-oriented, and has a strong understanding of retail and distribution channel sales.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Monitor and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure proper market coverage.

Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships and gather market intelligence.

Identify and recruit potential new dealers and support their onboarding and training.

Ensure the availability and visibility of Singer products in all relevant outlets.

Plan and execute promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.

Track competitors' activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, inventory, and daily reports.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)

1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
