Territory Sales Officer
Job Purpose
As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO), you will be responsible for managing and developing sales within an assigned territory. This includes achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, and ensuring the proper execution of company strategies at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.

Monitor and ensure availability, visibility, and merchandising of Reckitt products.

Implement trade marketing and promotional activities effectively.

Conduct regular market visits to understand trends, collect feedback, and assess competitor activity.

Ensure distributor compliance with Reckitt’s operating standards.

Collect and report sales data, forecasts, and competitor insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is a plus).

1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with good numerical skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
