    Experience
    • 2 to 6 years
    Additional Requirements
    • Age 25 to 35 years
    • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the ceramics or construction industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories.

    Responsibilities & Context

    Job Context:

    Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading Tiles Manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking some dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Executives/Sr. Executives in the Marketing & Sales department. The selected candidates will be responsible for executing the company's marketing and sales strategies within their assigned territories (mentioned in job Title).

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Implement the company's marketing and sales plans in the assigned territories and achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.

    • Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong relationships with them.

    • Liaise with developers, building owners, contractors, civil engineers, architects, and fitters to promote Mir Ceramic products.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

    • Enhance business outputs by onboarding new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

    • Explain different tile products to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions based on their specific needs and preferences.

    • Provide expert advice on the selection of tiles for various applications.

    • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to maximize company revenue.

    • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution.

    • Conduct regular market analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.

    • Report market insights and feedback to the team leader to keep the company updated on market dynamics
