Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Confirm the attendance of sales officer.

• Confirm timely product delivery to the distributor point.

• Ensure the vehicle loading & timely sales out.

• Preparation of Self-monitoring sheet.

• Morning meeting with Sales Officer. 

• Regular market visit.

• Discuss with distributor through online.

• Evening meeting with SO, DSR & Distributor. 

• Collection of daily demand after evening meeting. 

• Achievement of sales target (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).

• Create new outlet for market coverage. 

• To solve any problem with field force, DSR & Customers relating to sales & distributions. 

• Monitor promotional program.  

• Collection information about competitor activities. 

• Any other job assigned by the Management.  

• Timely send office document.
