Job Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
- Submit regular sales reports to higher management.
