Territory Sales Officer
Partex Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned territory. This role is key in driving the growth and presence of Partex products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory

Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors

Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product visibility, and competitor activities

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost market share

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit to management

Assist in forecasting demand and placing product orders accordingly

Provide feedback from the market to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies

Identify new business opportunities and recommend actions for business expansion
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or building materials sector

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Proficiency in MS Office applications
