Responsibilities & Context
Target-based sales planning and implementation.
Sell-in and sell-out reporting and analysis.
Market and competitor analysis to determine strategy.
Retailer and wholesaler network growth.
Promotional activities monitoring and results evaluation.
Managing and monitoring the team to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
Monthly/quarterly sales report preparation and presentation to management.
Training, coaching and performance evaluation of sales team.
Proper implementation of promotional activities and field execution.
Provide Market information to the reporting boss/ competent authority.
Sales forecasting and budgeting.
Strategic market planning.Customer development and relationship building.
Organizing monthly, quarterly, or annual review meetings.
Market research and identifying new opportunities.
Team training, motivation, and evaluation.
