Territory Sales Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven, and strategic Territory Sales Manager to manage and expand our market presence within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG or manufacturing sales and the ability to lead a field team toward achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set for the territory.

Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to increase market share.

Supervise and guide the activities of the Sales Officers and ensure smooth execution of sales operations.

Visit markets regularly to assess performance, gather insights, and build relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distribution points to ensure product availability.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and share feedback with regional and head office teams.

Collect competitor market intelligence and provide analysis to help refine sales strategies.

Ensure timely collection of payments from the market as per company policy.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.

Prior experience working in PRAN-RFL or similar organization will be an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting systems.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
