Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the distribution network, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Manage and develop distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and brand visibility.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market intelligence.

Train and motivate the field sales team under your supervision.

Execute trade promotions and marketing campaigns within the territory.

Maintain compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

3–5 years of experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
