Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in a designated area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing the distribution network, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

  • Manage and develop distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Ensure effective merchandising, stock availability, and brand visibility.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market intelligence.

  • Train and motivate the field sales team under your supervision.

  • Execute trade promotions and marketing campaigns within the territory.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and SOPs.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 3–5 years of experience in territory or field sales, preferably in FMCG.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
