Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

Job Purpose
As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and executing in-store activities within an assigned territory. You will act as a key point of contact between PepsiCo and its customers, ensuring distribution, merchandising, and promotions are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets for the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.

Ensure the proper execution of marketing and promotional activities at the store level.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on achievements and market feedback.

Identify new business opportunities and implement plans to grow market share.

Ensure the availability and visibility of all PepsiCo products according to the company’s standards.

Manage distributor inventory and ensure effective order management and replenishment.

Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to execute market development plans.

Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the management team.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
