Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
As a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) at Lovello, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding market coverage, and ensuring excellent execution of sales strategies in your assigned territory. Your goal will be to drive sustainable growth for Lovello products while upholding the company’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Manage and develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Execute territory sales plans aligned with company strategies and marketing campaigns.

Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail points.

Monitor and track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.

Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective route coverage and retail engagement.

Support distributors in inventory management and timely order processing.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.

Identify new business opportunities and propose new market development strategies.

Train and guide distributor sales representatives to enhance market performance.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in frozen foods, dairy, or ice cream segments.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
