Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
City Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our Sales & Distribution team. The TSO will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales network in the assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring product availability across retail and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Ensure proper distribution and visibility of products in retail outlets.

Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and report insights to management.

Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.

Supervise the performance of the sales representatives (if applicable).

Ensure timely collection of payments from trade partners.

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
-
Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Valid driving license (if required for the role).
