Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow our market share in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for channel development, sales target achievement, dealer management, and brand visibility across the territory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement:
    Drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Channel Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Market Development:
    Expand the dealer network by identifying and onboarding potential partners.

  • Promotional Activities:
    Implement trade schemes, ensure in-store branding, and coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.

  • Competitor Analysis:
    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Maintain regular reports on sales performance, territory updates, and customer feedback.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3–6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the FMCG or paints industry.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools.
