Territory Sales Officer
Job Summary:
Bombay Sweets & Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our team. The TSO will be responsible for managing sales, developing strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and driving growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and ensure market expansion in the designated territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Ensure proper product placement, stock availability, and merchandising in retail outlets.

Supervise and guide sales representatives to maximize performance.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and address challenges.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
