 Territory Sales Manager



Bashundhara Group, one of the largest and most prestigious industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.

  • Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and maintain credit control.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance.

  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure market presence and customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/industrial/construction materials (based on the Bashundhara product division).

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
