Territory Sales Manager
Bashundhara Group, one of the largest and most prestigious industrial conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and maintain credit control.

Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to deliver high performance.

Conduct regular field visits to ensure market presence and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG/industrial/construction materials (based on the Bashundhara product division).

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
