Position Overview:
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within an assigned geographic territory. The TSM will drive sales growth, ensure retail excellence, build strong customer relationships, and implement sales strategies aligned with Aarong’s brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage and monitor store operations within the territory, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Supervise and support sales teams across outlets; motivate staff to meet performance goals.

Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment and availability of merchandise.

Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently upheld.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor performance and operational efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and local communities.

Provide training and coaching to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in retail or territory sales management, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle sector.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting tools.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
