Territory Sales Officer
Meghna Group, one of the largest and most respected conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Officer to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in an assigned territory. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and hands-on fieldwork to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Identify new business opportunities and expand Meghna Group's market presence in the assigned territory.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Develop new clients, dealers, and distributors in the territory to expand the customer base.

Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.

Market Penetration:

Ensure product availability and visibility in all retail outlets, ensuring strong merchandising practices.

Develop an understanding of customer needs and provide feedback to improve product offerings and services.

Reporting and Coordination:

Prepare regular sales reports and update the management team on performance, sales trends, and market conditions.

Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth delivery of products and promotional activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
