Education
Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Must have good concept of stationary or FMCG Industry.
Good Computer literacy is required in MS Office Packages.
Must be sincere, dedicated, and target oriented.
Must be pleasant & good team player.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for sales planning and promoting sales activities in the territory.
- Execute Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve territory target.
- Ensure product availability in all potential outlets under the territory.
- Increase coverage as opportunity basis in the territory.
- Ensure on timely collection from all distributors under the territory.
- Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
- Train the Sales Representatives for improving their product knowledge & skills development.
- Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.
