Territory Sales Officer (TSO)
Dekko Foods Ltd., a prominent player in the food and beverage industry, is looking for an energetic and motivated Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our dynamic sales team. The TSO will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Market Penetration:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor actions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.

Product Promotion:
- Implement promotional activities to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team for product campaigns and initiatives.

Market Research:
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential gaps.
- Provide feedback to management regarding product and pricing improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
