Territory Sales Officer
City Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated territory, driving product penetration, and achieving sales targets. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will represent City Group's products and services, build strong relationships with clients, and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the assigned territory through effective planning, execution, and sales strategies.
- Territory Management: Develop and implement territory sales plans to optimize product distribution and customer satisfaction. Regularly analyze territory performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities within the territory, explore potential sales channels, and enhance market presence.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the management team regularly.
- Product Promotion: Drive product awareness and brand visibility through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and market research.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and other teams to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
