Territory Sales Manager
Job Description:
Partex Group, one of the largest and diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within an assigned region. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with distributors, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other sales channels to ensure effective distribution and market penetration.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team success.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with key customers and partners to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and events within the territory.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
