Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary: Partex Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, building strong relationships with distributors and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability for Partex Group's diverse range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance sales performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the territory and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives (if applicable) to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits and provide solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales reports, activity logs, and other performance metrics to management.
- Customer Support: Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any escalated issues or inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales or territory management role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or relevant industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
