Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors’ activities to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and product launches.
- Ensure the timely delivery of products to customers while coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to upper management.
- Identify new sales channels and opportunities for market expansion within the territory.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG, construction, or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
