  Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Dairy
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 24 to 40 years

Should be energetic, smart and honest.

Should be target oriented.

Should be flexible in manners.

Responsibilities & Context

Paragon Group is one of the largest conglomerate in the country is looking for honest, dynamic and experienced Sales Team (TSO/ TSM/ ASM/ RSM) for the business of -

• Milk

• Dry Food

• Frozen Food

  Responsibility:
  Monitoring and supervising sales force for achieving the target.

  Reviewing sales performance.

  Monitoring market trend and competitors activities & reporting accordingly.

  Ensuring promotional activities executed properly.

  Searching new customers/dealers and develop the market.

  Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.

  Ensuring Product availability and visibility.

  Any other assignment related to sales and marketing given by the management/superior.
