RequirementsEducation The candidate should have Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture or Graduate in any discipline with science background up to HSC with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates)Experience- 1 to 2 years

Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, NGO, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Packaging Industry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, Healthcare/Lifestyle product * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsSound expertise in talking to others to convey product information effectively, persuading others to change their minds or behavior, strong networking skills, negotiating skills, good judgment, decision making, ReportingTechnical knowledge of seed and agriculture inputs, sales techniques, sales control systems, sales ordering and payment method, sales area demography, dealer/retailer profile and farmers' preferenceSupportive beliefs with controlled emotions, clear roles with consistent behaviors, Goal focused with passionate commitmentResponsibilities & ContextEnsure direct sales through managing retails, handle product complaints and ensure necessary information flow to different stakeholder continuously.Develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate sales and ensure credit recovery within time.Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical departmentPlan and organize personal sales strategy based on dealer and retailer both by increase of existing dealer business and addition of new customersSupply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and servicesOrganize and participate in different promotional campaigns like demo, field day, fair to demonstrate the product at publicEnsure regular visit to distribution channel and farmers meeting target and increase business to meet monthly sales and collection targetEnsure displaying the promotional material at trade points and bazaar in the territorySafeguarding responsibilitiesEnsure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.Compensation & Other Benefits Health & Life Insurance Benefit, Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity and others
