Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (MSc)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Candidates who appeared in the Master’s final exam can also apply.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Persistent in achieving targets.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good proficiency in English language.

  • Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

  • Ability and willingness to drive a motorcycle.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for implementing sales forecasts & strategies.

  • Assisting the supervisor as well as co-working with SR.

  • Materializing sales targets in a particular area.

  • Ensuring promotional activities are executed accordingly.

  • Monitoring competitor's activities & reporting accordingly.

  • Making DO and monitoring dealers to ensure product delivery.

  • Analyzing distribution channel viability & distribution opportunities.

  • Ensuring product availability and visibility.

  • Regular searching and developing new markets.
