Territory Sales Officer
Partex Beverage Limited (PBL), a renowned name in the beverage industry in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to manage and expand sales activities within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring excellent market coverage for PBL’s products.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.

Monitor and ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness in all retail outlets.

Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility.

Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.

Analyze sales data and provide reports to the Area Sales Manager on territory performance.

Provide training and motivation to distributor sales representatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the beverage sector.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Good command of both English and Bengali.
