Territory Sales Officer
Olympic Industries Ltd., a leading FMCG company in Bangladesh known for its wide range of food products, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join its growing team. The TSO will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory, developing strong distributor and retail networks, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor distributor performance and ensure efficient order placement, delivery, and stock availability.

Execute trade marketing and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities and gather competitor insights.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share insights with management.

Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any outstanding issues with clients.

Support product launches and provide feedback from the field to improve business strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a competitive environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Must possess a valid driving license (if applicable).
