Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set for the designated territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Monitor sales performance and market trends within the assigned area.

Ensure availability and visibility of BD Foods products in all key outlets.

Execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities.

Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy.

Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and maintain credit control.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, field activities, and territory status.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Fresh graduates with enthusiasm may also apply).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
