Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and scientifically rigorous Associate to join our investment team as one of the first team members of a newly formed early-stage VC
You will build deep relationships with founders, lead diligence workstreams, and work toward independently owning deals.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, with a strong background in life sciences and experience in biotech / pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute full diligence workstreams, including scientific, clinical, regulatory, etc.
Synthesize scientific and commercial insights to present to our Investment Committee
Support deal structuring, negotiation, and portfolio company management.
Engage in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, KOLs, and VCs

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree (PhD, MD) with experience in a relevant field such as neuroscience, bioengineering, pharmacology, immunology, molecular biology or a related field.
Experience in biotech/pharma strategy, due diligence, or investment advisory
Passion for venture capital, entrepreneurship, and breakthrough medical innovation.
Prior experience working with startups or early-stage companies is highly valued.
