We aim to deliver cutting-edge, reliable, and cost-effective solutions to our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Target Achievement:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
    • Ensure the growth of revenue and market share for Wanlin Technology products.

    Territory Management:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the territory, including market dynamics, customer base, and competitor activities.
    • Regularly visit distributors, retailers, and key accounts to maintain and strengthen relationships.
    • Identify and onboard new retail outlets and distributors to expand the market footprint.

    Promotional Activities:

    • Execute promotional campaigns and activities to boost product awareness and sales.
    • Educate retailers and end-users about product features, benefits, and usage.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and handle complaints or feedback promptly.
    • Develop strong business relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and promotional activities.
    • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).

    Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to management.
    • Recommend strategies for pricing, product placement, and promotions.

    Training & Development:

    • Continuously upgrade knowledge of Wanlin product lines and technologies.
    • Train retailers and distributors on product usage and benefits.
